Introduction to cross
Requirements:

Roquebrune-Cap-Martin (1 deco / atterro 1) - 700 m altitude, (Winter)
Tende (2-deco atterro) - 0 m elevation.
Colmiane (3 decos / 3atterros) - 300 to 900 m elevation.
Sospel (2 decos / 1atterro) - from 395 to 895 m altitude.
Auron 500 and 1100m altitude.
And all other sites in the area following the day's weather.
The course content:
You will be accompanied by a flight or two monitors to help you make the right options
Analysis of wind conditions, thermals and exploitation of dynamic, lerne to manage the conditions somewhat stronger without getting in the red, use of the speed range. Using the accelerator, fast descents, the tactical flight following the upper air.
Pace of the course:
